Sprint 3 Demonstration - MVP and 10% Feature enhancement(s)
You will use your acceptance test plan to drive the demos, so the team must ensure that it is up-to-date for the sprint submission, and clearly indicates the user stories that were implemented in each sprint and the acceptance criteria for each story.
This demonstration will have a lot of functionality to show. It will be all of the minimum viable product (MVP) and the bugfree 10% Feature enhancement(s) that you implemented. Since the time may be as short as 12 minutes, you most likely will have to setup in advance multiple demonstration scenarios running on more than one machine to be able to show all of the features in the time allocated.
The following MVP features should be part of your final demonstration.
- Improved Authentication and Persisting of U-fund info
- A user (helper or U-fund Manager) can log in or out to the application.
- An U-fund Manager logs in using the reserved username admin.
- Any other username can be assumed to be for a helper.
- Usernames cannot be duplicated.
- Persisting state of funding basket(s) and cupboard.
- * Confirm/clarify * other improvements with Product Owner.
- Helper Functionality
- A helper should be able to see list of needs in cupboard.
- A helper should be able to search/filter for a need(s).
- A helper should be able to add and remove need(s) from their funding basket.
- A helper should have the ability to "checkout" and commit to all the needs in their funding basket, which results in corresponding updatess including to the cupboard.
- An U-fund Manager can add, remove, and edit the need data in the cupboard.
- An U-fund Manager should not have access to a funding basket but may be granted access to some general u-fund statistics.
* MVP must be complete to achieve credit here.
